In the evening, visit the Parrassini Snake Park, a unique place in the manufacture of snake venom. This park houses an impressive variety of snakes and reptiles found in the region. After visiting the snake park, drive to the picturesque Parrisini Kadavu Temple to witness the breathtaking Theyyam performance. Wake up early for an exciting kayaking trip to the mangroves. This unique ecosystem is home to many endangered species of birds and also protects us from possible tsunamis. After exploring the mangroves, check out from the resort and drive to Ranipuram, which is a 75 km drive and takes approximately 2 hours.

Trek to the Summit of Ranipuram

Start your day with a complimentary breakfast and then set off for a thrilling trek to the summit of Ranipuram. Start your trek by 8:30 am to avoid the afternoon heat. The trek will take you through dense tropical forest and once you cross the tree line, you will be greeted by the breathtaking views of the rolling Western Ghats. The peak is about 3 km from the start point and can take anywhere between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to reach. The views from the top of Ranipuram make it a must-visit destination for all trekkers and nature lovers.
